MIL-PRF-19500 and MIL-PRF-38534 compliant products are available. products are available through JAN S level and Class K level. products include optocouplers, Tempest optocouplers, multiple couplers, radiation tolerant couplers, and high voltage Isolators up to 40KV as a standard design. Standard products include 4N22-4N24 and 4N47-4N49. Package styles include both through hole and surface mount variations. Typical applications are input to output isolation, power supplies and ground loops.
